Los de Vogel se llevaron el cuarto encuentro frente a Denver por 108-114, y acarician ya el regreso a unas Finales de la <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/index.php\/tag\/nba\/\">NBA<\/a> que la franquicia lleva m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada esperando. Para ello tendr\u00e1 que ganar solo un partido m\u00e1s a los de Colorado, quienes, tras sus dos hist\u00f3ricas remontadas, vuelven a encontrarse con un 3-1 en contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los angelinos estuvieron liderados en anotaci\u00f3n por Anthony Davis, que termin\u00f3 con 34 puntos en su haber. El ala-p\u00edvot arranc\u00f3 el choque siendo el gran dominador, y de hecho fue autor de los primeros 10 tantos de los suyos aprovechando su poder\u00edo f\u00edsico, y aunque la buena defensa de Millsap consigui\u00f3 ponerle en complicaciones siempre supo hacerse hueco en la pintura para ejercer como finalizador. Davis sum\u00f3 adem\u00e1s 3 asistencias, 3 robos y 5 rebotes, y si bien esta cifra puede parecer baja para un hombre de su tama\u00f1o, hay que reconocerle que fue vital a la hora de generar segundas oportunidades en el aro de los Nuggets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Junto a \u00e9l brill\u00f3 LeBron James, que jug\u00f3 otro choque de lo m\u00e1s completo al irse hasta los 26 puntos, 9 rebotes y 8 asistencias. Lo cierto es que no fue su mejor noche a nivel de acierto, especialmente en lanzamientos de media distancia, pero fue tan importante como de costumbre en los trabajos de generaci\u00f3n y a la hora de lanzar a su equipo en transici\u00f3n. Sus cambios de ritmo, sus crossovers y sus rectificados le hicieron dejar marca en el encuentro, aunque los de Vogel, con LeBron como su defensor principal, acabaron haci\u00e9ndole bajar el ritmo anotador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando esto ocurri\u00f3, los Nuggets apenas tuvieron respuesta. Al contrario de lo que viene siendo habitual, Nikola Jokic tuvo serios problemas para encontrarse c\u00f3modo en la cancha, lo que sumado a sus problemas de faltas le hizo firmar una noche relativamente discreta en la que no pudo pasar de los 16 puntos y 7 rebotes. Con una segunda parte en la que por momentos secaron el ataque de los Heat, los verdes delimitaron un holgado triunfo por 121-108 que los cita el domingo para el sexto partido de la eliminatoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n Jayson Tatum no se qued\u00f3 sin anotar en la primera parte, ni en la segunda. Tras firmar 10 puntos en los 24 minutos iniciales, la estrella de los verdes mostr\u00f3 todo su repertorio en el tercer cuarto para castigar al rival con hasta 17 puntos m\u00e1s. Transcurridos apenas siete minutos ganaban por 12 puntos (m\u00e1xima del partido); y durante toda la primera mitad se manejaron alrededor de los 10 de ventaja. Todo saltar\u00eda por los aires en un tercer cuarto en el que recibir\u00edan un parcial en contra de 20-3. En seis minutos apocal\u00edpticos pasaron de ganar por nueve (60-51) a perder por ocho (63-71). Aunque trataron de reaccionar, sobre todo por medio de un Goran Dragic que se fue hasta los 23 puntos, el esfuerzo no sirvi\u00f3 de nada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo cierto es que todo termin\u00f3 saliendo bien para <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/celtics\">Boston<\/a> tanto en el plano colectivo como individual. En el Game 5 firmaron un pobre 7 de 36 desde m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la l\u00ednea de tres; o lo que es lo mismo, un 19,4%. Seg\u00fan datos de <strong>ESPN<\/strong>, en los \u00faltimos 13 cuartos jugados se quedan en un 24,8% en triples. Tal cifra resalta a\u00fan m\u00e1s al ver como antes de esa sequ\u00eda estaban en un 38,3% en la postemporada.
