La cuenta regresiva para el Mundial de Qatar 2022 ya comenz\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el sorteo para determinar los equipos del torneo, la FIFA present\u00f3 a La’eeb,  la mascota oficial del Mundial de Qatar 2022<\/a> cuyo nombre significa jugador super h\u00e1bil<\/strong> en \u00e1rabe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La\u2019eeb<\/strong> representa las tradiciones locales, su dise\u00f1o est\u00e1 basado en el ghutra, un tocado t\u00edpico de la vestimenta qatar\u00ed. Seg\u00fan un comunicado de la FIFA<\/a>, este personaje estar\u00e1 presente durante toda la Copa y ser\u00e1 la encargada de inspirar y animar a los jugadores y a toda la audiencia. Pues en definitiva estos personajes tienen que tener una historia atr\u00e1s y ser representativos de la cultura local. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Un mundo paralelo en el que viven las mascotas de los torneos, es un mundo donde las ideas y la creatividad son la base de los personajes que viven en la mente de todos”.<\/p>FIFA<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Si bien es una estrategia comercial, tambi\u00e9n representa mucho desde lo simb\u00f3lico. Es un recuerdo visual, tangible, cargado de significancias que hace a la poes\u00eda general del mundial. Esta mascota no tiene g\u00e9nero definido, pero siempre se han referido a ella en masculino y si, probablemente lo sea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pens\u00e1ndolo La’eeb siempre ha estado presente en las historias de los mundiales y en la memoria de los pa\u00edses. Quien no tiene un gran jugador<\/a>: un Maradona, un Pele, un Messi, un Zidane, un Kahn, un Forl\u00e1n, un Kempes, un Ronaldo y as\u00ed tantos otro nombres propios que llevan un ‘fantasma blanco’ en su interior.
