{"id":19871,"date":"2022-06-28T17:27:36","date_gmt":"2022-06-28T20:27:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?p=19871"},"modified":"2022-06-28T17:28:38","modified_gmt":"2022-06-28T20:28:38","slug":"el-aprendiz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/index.php\/2022\/06\/28\/el-aprendiz\/","title":{"rendered":"El Aprendiz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Pedro Caixinha y un proceso de adaptaci\u00f3n que le puede traer mas de un dolor de cabeza.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=%C3%81ngel+Guillermo+Hoyos\">\u00c1ngel Guillermo Hoyos<\/a> dejaba la conducci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de Talleres, la danza de nombres para su reemplazo fue feroz. Desde Gabriel Heinze, pasando por Hern\u00e1n Crespo, Eduardo Berizzo fueron algunos de los nombres de peso que sonaban en barrio Jard\u00edn. Todos ellos ten\u00edan en com\u00fan, ser argentinos y si bien alguno puede no haber dirigido en nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/index.php\/category\/futbol\/\">f\u00fatbol<\/a>, se da por sentado que lo conoce. No solo conoce los jugadores, los equipos, las canchas, sino tambi\u00e9n la idiosincrasia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 se entiende por idiosincrasia? todo lo que rodea al club y al jugador de f\u00fatbol. Se refiere a la gente y sus gustos o sus reacciones y tambi\u00e9n, que los jugadores son distintos en estas latitudes. O por lo menos, creemos que ac\u00e1 son distintos, eso lo sabr\u00e1n quienes dirigieron en el exterior pero estamos seguros de nuestra propia idiosincrasia. Es por eso que sorprendi\u00f3 cuando Talleres presento a un desconocido (para nosotros) Pedro Caixinha, portugu\u00e9s y de gran paso por el f\u00fatbol mexicano. Era una apuesta arriesgada, que aun hoy pese al logro de <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=Copa+Libertadores\">Copa Libertadores<\/a>, sigue sin ser una apuesta ganadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conoci\u00e9ndote<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando aun su nombre no ve\u00eda la luz del d\u00eda los detalles del entrenador eran que hab\u00eda visto mas de 30 partidos completos de <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/index.php\/category\/talleres\/\">Talleres<\/a>. Es una tarea habitual de un cuerpo t\u00e9cnico pero tambi\u00e9n habla del desconocimiento sobre el plantel. Ya en tierras cordobesas, Caixinha hablo de Cristian Oliva como el \u00fanico jugador del que tenia referencia, ya que intent\u00f3 llevarlo a M\u00e9xico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andr\u00e9s Fassi, intentando minimizar los fallos, agreg\u00f3 al Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico del portugu\u00e9s a Javier Gandolfi. No ser\u00eda f\u00e1cil la tarea de \u201cCobija\u201d deb\u00eda transmitirle a Pedro quien era quien dentro del plantel. Caixinha se encontr\u00f3 con jugadores a gusto y con otros dispuestos a emigrar del club a cualquier costo. En un momento, poco sabia de como jugar, de que esquema usar y de que este plantel, ya se hab\u00eda consumido un entrenador y no cualquier entrenador, uno caro al sentimiento del presidente del <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=club\">club<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasaron unos meses y lo actitudinal fue siempre tema de conversaci\u00f3n. Con actitud Talleres consigui\u00f3 el hist\u00f3rico paso a Octavos de Final de Copa Libertadores. Sin actitud naveg\u00f3 en las profundidades oscuras de la Liga Profesional. Cuando se abri\u00f3 el libro de pases y el hincha ped\u00eda por jugadores consagrados, Pedro pidi\u00f3 por Josh Windass. Si, ni por Aliendro, ni por Pastore, ni por Juli\u00e1n \u00c1lvarez, pidi\u00f3 un ingl\u00e9s que conoc\u00eda de Escocia. Este conocimiento del f\u00fatbol de la isla brit\u00e1nica parec\u00eda mas un desconocimiento del f\u00fatbol criollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sin tiempo y con urgencias<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso de adaptaci\u00f3n parece mas largo de lo previsto. Los planteos (y los cambios de estos) que presenta <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=Pedro+Caixinha\">Caixinha<\/a> partido tras partidos, no solo marean a la prensa, sino sobre todo a los jugadores. Cambios dif\u00edciles de explicar o de entender, aun con contextos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ejemplo sobra un bot\u00f3n: contra Chaco for Ever ingres\u00f3 Buffarini para jugar como extremo por derecha, para a los diez minutos sacar a Benavidez y mandar al Chacho a su puesto natural de lateral derecho. Es como que demorara una acci\u00f3n obvia y para llegar a tal fin, diera siempre un pase de m\u00e1s. \u00bfSer\u00e1n sus formas? Pueden que lo sean, pero para muchos, esta probando aun durante la competencia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero lo peor no es lo que se piensa puertas afueras, sino lo que sucede dentro. A muchos jugadores se los nota molestos y no solo a quienes tienen que limar asperezas con el presidente. Hay jugadores que ya entre sus allegados sostienen \u201cno entender\u201d o \u201cno querer\u201d al portugu\u00e9s. Claramente, declarar la \u201cfalta de actitud\u201d trae sus consecuencias y quiz\u00e1s, Caixinha no conozca esa idiosincrasia del jugador argentino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este plantel fue el mismo que se llev\u00f3 puesto a Hoyos y fue porque el \u201cpastor\u201d no les lleg\u00f3 a convencer en sus formas. No ser\u00eda raro que les molesten las declaraciones de Pedro. En medio de malos rendimientos, p\u00e9simos resultados y partidos trascendentales, Caixinha sigue aprendiendo.
