Cada 23 de junio invita a las personas a acercar su vida a la actividad f\u00edsica y no solo hablamos del alto rendimiento, sino de espacios recreativos y de contenci\u00f3n. Personas de todo el mundo conmemorar\u00e1n el d\u00eda en que se fund\u00f3 el&nbsp;Comit\u00e9 Ol\u00edmpico Internacional&nbsp;(<a href=\"https:\/\/olympics.com\/\">COI<\/a>) en&nbsp;la Sorbona de Par\u00eds, donde Pierre de Coubertin impuls\u00f3 el renacimiento de los Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos&nbsp;antiguos all\u00e1 por 1894.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Comit\u00e9 Ol\u00edmpico Argentino (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coarg.org.ar\/\">COA<\/a>) propuso diferentes actividades durante el mes de junio a lo largo y ancho del pa\u00eds. Estos encuentros en las provincias forman parte del plan de fomento y muchas de ellas cuentan con la presencia de referentes deportivos de todas las <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/index.php\/category\/polideportivo\/\">disciplinas<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;El deporte es parte de la educaci\u00f3n de cualquier chico, cualquier chica y hay que fomentarlo mucho m\u00e1s. La idea es generar en todas esas personitas  la llama olimpica y tratar de que se enamoren de la actividad f\u00edsica&#8221;<\/p><cite>Federico Molinari, deportista ol\u00edmpico<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Federico Molinari, fue uno de los deportistas que se sum\u00f3 a la iniciativa. Su historia deportiva naci\u00f3 en la ciudad de\u00a0San Jorge, provincia de Santa Fe, donde sus padres eran entrenadores de gimnasia del\u00a0club de la localidad. Desde muy jovencito fue sumando experiencias internacionales hasta atesorar tres recuerdos que resumen su gloria deportiva en t\u00e9rminos de resultados: la final <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=juegos+olimpicos\">Ol\u00edmpica de L\u00f3ndres 2012<\/a>, la medalla en los <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=Panamericanos+de+Lima\">Juegos Panamericanos de Lima en 2019<\/a> y la presea de Bronce en la Copa del Mundo de Francia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su ciclo ahora contin\u00faa formando nuevos gimnastas. &#8220;Generar espacios para la actividad deportiva tambi\u00e9n es una labor social&#8221; afirm\u00f3 Molinari y es por eso que lo desempe\u00f1a con mucha pasi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s agreg\u00f3, &#8220;trato de no equivocarme con mis gimnastas como por ah\u00ed me equivoque como deportista&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ciclo de la <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=delegaci%C3%B3n+argentina\">delegaci\u00f3n argentina<\/a> no solo lo tiene como referente sino que forma parte del equipo de entrenadores, con lo cual el consejo llega de primera fuente. El equipo joven, conformado por buenos talentos, est\u00e1 pensando en su viaje a R\u00edo de Janeiro el mes entrante, donde tratar\u00e1n de lograr la Plaza Panamericana y &#8220;si se puede tambi\u00e9n para el Campeonato Mundial que se hace a fin de a\u00f1o en Liverpool&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s reforz\u00f3 la idea de pensar a la persona como un ser integral. Siempre apunta a &#8220;inculcar, como entrenador, la parte mental&#8221;. En su carrera siempre intent\u00f3 estar preparado para los momentos en los que hay debilitamientos psicol\u00f3gicos y eso es algo en lo que hace mucho hincapi\u00e9. &#8220;El deporte es un 50% f\u00edsico y un 50% mental y me enfoco mucho en esa parte&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; \u00bfQue pasa con la federalizaci\u00f3n del deporte?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Es dif\u00edcil generar centros de <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=alto+rendimiento\">alto rendimiento<\/a> en las distintas provincias. No todas los lugares pueden tener todos los deportes. Hay que tratar de trabajar con un plan m\u00e1s estrat\u00e9gico y fortalecer las disciplinas de la regi\u00f3n. Como pa\u00eds tenemos que pensar en el desarrollo deportivo porque tenemos un territorio muy grande y no podemos tener 24 centros de alto rendimiento, pero si centros de mediano y bajo rendimiento para despu\u00e9s pensar en un traslado si existen condiciones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero siempre resulta importante el fomento de la actividad f\u00edsica dentro y fuera de los espacios educativos formales.
