Aquellos que lo defienden, dir\u00e1n que bajo sus mandatos la <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=Selecci%C3%B3n+Argentina\">Selecci\u00f3n<\/a> consigui\u00f3 un t\u00edtulo del mundo. Las selecciones juveniles tambi\u00e9n, lo hicieron y por montones, medallas ol\u00edmpicas y dem\u00e1s, pero no ser\u00e1 por lo que Don Julio ser\u00e1 recordado por la posteridad. Sin embargo sus manejos de cuasi capo mafia, dif\u00edcilmente sean olvidados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alguna vez Grondona supo retrucar a una cr\u00edtica sobre los arbitrajes: &#8220;Todos piden \u00e1rbitros, yo pedir\u00eda jueces de l\u00ednea&#8221; en una clara muestra de su impunidad declarativa y que obtendr\u00eda nunca, una oposici\u00f3n masiva. \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 baso su poder Grondona? En tener a los clubes endeudados con <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=AFA\">AFA<\/a>, manejar la billetera a gusto y placer. Y de esa forma, conseguir siempre los votos para ser el due\u00f1o del sill\u00f3n de Viamonte. C\u00f3mo si todo eso fuera poco, ten\u00eda un club que le pertenec\u00eda a la familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ah\u00ed conocimos a Arsenal de Sarand\u00ed. Humilde <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=club\">club<\/a> que de la mano de la familia Grondona y con la venia de Don Julio, trep\u00f3 de la B Metro a ser Campe\u00f3n de la Copa Sudamericana y hasta en Jap\u00f3n. Obviamente pasaron t\u00edtulos locales, arbitrajes pol\u00e9micos y la sensaci\u00f3n de que <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=arsenal\">Arsenal<\/a> sin Grondona, nunca hubiese ganado nada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don Julio dejo este mundo, la AFA mostr\u00f3 todas sus irregularidades y desprolijidades, hasta llegar a la Presidencia de <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=Claudio+Tapia\">Claudio Tapia<\/a>, el Chiqui. El dirigente de Barracas, parece haber sido un gran alumno de Don Julio. Los arbitrajes rozando la ilegalidad que favorecen a su club en la <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=primera+nacional\">Primera Nacional<\/a>, son moneda corriente. La inexistencia de un control financiero en los clubes, que siguen funcionando a despilfarro tras despilfarro, haciendo la competencia desleal, entre aquel que es prolijo y cumple y el otro que se endeuda, no paga, y trae refuerzos de jerarqu\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es m\u00e1s, aquel <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=Tinelli\">Marcelo Tinelli<\/a> que se se horroriz\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de la elecci\u00f3n que dio empate cu\u00e1nto los votantes eran de n\u00famero impar, hoy camina por la Presidencia de la <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=Liga+Profesional\">Liga Profesional<\/a> diciendo que un club solo puede competir, si de desfinancia, algo falaz y peligroso. Tapia lo apadrina al Conductor de TV que vino a hacer algo nuevo y solo es un lacayo del mismo poder que anida en AFA hace d\u00e9cadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue el mismo Tapia que rompi\u00f3 con la SuperLiga, echando a Elizondo y armando una Liga Profesional totalmente dependiente de AFA (en contra a la l\u00f3gica de ente independiente de una Liga Profesional) y lo puso a Tinelli en ese lugar. Mientras tanto, <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/?s=San+Lorenzo\">San Lorenzo<\/a> se desangra como club y capaz que hasta un estadio nuevo construya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fin, nada cambi\u00f3 cuando Grondona dej\u00f3 de existir f\u00edsicamente. El poder sigui\u00f3 en manos de quienes no saben, no quieren o simplemente est\u00e1n c\u00f3modos, con el desastre dirigencial que reina en el <a href=\"https:\/\/golandpop.com\/index.php\/category\/futbol\/\">f\u00fatbol<\/a> argentino. Salvo unas cuantas excepciones que por suerte existen.
