Andr\u00e9s Fassi tiene razones de sobra para sacar pecho, en cuanto a su gesti\u00f3n en Talleres<\/a> se refiere. El presente deportivo, es su principal aval, ya que tom\u00f3 el club en tercera categor\u00eda y hoy lo tiene en la cima de la Primera Divisi\u00f3n<\/a>, habiendo vuelto a los torneos internacionales tambi\u00e9n. Un Club que funciona ordenado, que vende bien en el mercado y una visoria que trajo m\u00e1s de un crack, que nadie ten\u00eda en vista. Entonces, cuando Fassi sale hablar de la profesionalizaci\u00f3n de todas las \u00e1reas y el resultado positivo del club en general, siempre se despacha con un latiguillo “Talleres, funciona como una empresa”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No solo en Talleres<\/a> y en Fassi cabe esa idea. La idea de lo p\u00fablico o todo aquello que venga del Estado no funciona, es algo con lo que se convive siempre. Est\u00e1 tan arraigada esa idea que parece que solo hay una soluci\u00f3n para la falta de funcionamiento del Estado<\/a>, la privatizaci\u00f3n. Entonces los servicios p\u00fablicos pasan a ser eficientes, en manos de empresas privadas. Muchas veces, son los Estados en manos liberales, los que destruyen su propio funcionamiento, para propinar el desembarco de lo privado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero en este caso es distinto. Fassi<\/a> no quiere dinamitar Talleres para luego darle paso a lo privado, como si hicieron otros. Fassi quiere un Talleres exitoso, con un modelo de gesti\u00f3n, donde la gente y el hincha se sienta feliz. Si Talleres fuera campe\u00f3n, capaz la euforia del hincha ser\u00eda tal, que quiz\u00e1s no le importar\u00eda ser un club o una Sociedad An\u00f3nima<\/a>. Esa es la estrategia de Fassi, quien viene del Grupo Pachuca y hoy gerencia Clubes es Chile, Uruguay y pr\u00f3ximamente, Espa\u00f1a. Si es un hombre de empresas, de grupos econ\u00f3micos \u00bfPorque no querr\u00eda lo mismo para Talleres? Seguramente Andr\u00e9s, est\u00e1 convencido que lo mejor para el f\u00fatbol<\/a> son las SA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quiz\u00e1s sea por ello, que Fassi no elige comparar su gesti\u00f3n, con la de clubes<\/a> exitosos. Lanus, V\u00e9lez son algunos de los ejemplos que el Presidente de Talleres podr\u00eda haber usado. Clubes ordenados, prolijos, que han logrado t\u00edtulos y han estado a puertas de triunfos impensados, como Lanus que tiene hasta una final de Libertadores encima. Pero no, Fassi elige comparar a Talleres con una empresa. Claro, como si las empresas fueran todas eficientes, todas honestas y todas exitosas. Pero nadie se animar\u00e1 a retrucarle eso al Presidente de la T.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es un arma de doble filo, el \u00e9xito deportivo en Talleres. Quiz\u00e1s no falte tanto, para que las verdaderas cartas est\u00e9n sobre la mesa. Mientras, hay que seguir recordando, que Talleres es un club y no una empresa. Un club que funciona bien, como tantos otros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
