En exclusiva para Gol&Pop<\/a>, dentro del programa de Sin Fines de Lucro, Cecilia Poklepovic habl\u00f3 sobre su caso y la resoluci\u00f3n de la justicia cordobesa en su favor. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nuevamente el l\u00edmite de edad que excluye a jugadoras mayores de 35 a\u00f1os trae inconvenientes para La Liga Cordobesa<\/a>. Cecilia, se vio directamente afectada por esta medida y quedaba fuera de competencia, por lo que decidi\u00f3 actuar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poklepovic junto a su abogada Antonela Brandalise, quien tambi\u00e9n fue jugadora, presentaron el caso a la justicia cordobesa. El juzgado Civil y Comercial de 24\u00aa, bajo la autoridad m\u00e1xima Gabriela Faraudo, dictamin\u00f3 una medida cautelar a favor de la futbolista de Las Palmas<\/a>, para que pueda competir en la Liga a sus 42 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Estuve apoyando a las chicas de futboleras pero el cambio para mi fue poco, segu\u00eda excluida de la competencia. Entonces tome el camino que pod\u00eda ser mas favorable para mi y recurr\u00ed a la justicia”.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Confirm\u00f3 que si la edad es un impedimento para practicar un deporte, se transforma en una medida discriminatoria. El aporte de jugadoras mayores no solo es futbol\u00edstico<\/a>, sino tambi\u00e9n de compa\u00f1erismo, experiencia, dialogo, consejos y todo lo que hace al entrenamiento y al vestuario. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s recalc\u00f3 que las futbolistas de C\u00f3rdoba apuntan a que el deporte se difunda y se profesionalice. En un f\u00fatbol<\/a> en desarrollo tener pioneras y jugadoras con experiencia resulta clave para convocar m\u00e1s mujeres y ni\u00f1as a jugar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Es la competencia amateur m\u00e1s importante que tenemos las mujeres con futbol 11. Yo todav\u00eda me siento futbolista, me siento en competencia y la verdad es que quer\u00eda seguir participando, me siento bien f\u00edsicamente. Efectivamente la idea es seguir desarrollando, no excluyendo a personas, sino seguir fomentando el f\u00fatbol femenino”.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Esta medida se trasforma en un antecedente fuerte y en un nuevo conflicto para la instituci\u00f3n del f\u00fatbol<\/a> de la Docta. Representa la lucha hist\u00f3rica del femenino para lograr equidad y el respeto que merecen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La jueza explic\u00f3 en conjunto con su veredicto que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Las mujeres ligadas al f\u00fatbol se han manifestado para exigir visibilidad, apoyo e igualdad de condiciones en la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva, de donde reclamos como el aqu\u00ed formulado por la amparista, son de dilatado conocimiento de la Liga accionada, pese a lo cual \u00e9sta no brinda en su informe, mayores precisiones acerca de los \u201ccriterios objetivos temporales y territoriales de \u00edndole organizacional\u201d que justificaron el cambio operado hoy con relaci\u00f3n el esquema etario anterior fijado por la instituci\u00f3n en la organizaci\u00f3n del torneo \u2013hasta jugadoras clase 1975 en el torneo 2019-, privando a esta magistrada de su necesaria ponderaci\u00f3n”.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
